Our team, by the numbers
We know hospitality
NAVIS team members have more than 700 years of combined experience serving the hospitality industry.
Land of biking, boarding & beer
While 70% of us dwell in Bend, Oregon, the coolest little city in the Pacific NW, all of our team members get to live, work and play all over the US.
Our fuel of choice
More than 65% of NAVIS team members rely on the many fantastic local coffee bean roasters to fuel their performance.
Dogs vs cats
57% percent of NAVIS team members are dog people, while 34% prefer cats and 3% chickens. Yes, we said chickens.
Experienced. Knowledgable. Fearless.
Chief Executive Officer
Kyle started as the company’s first sales person and is now responsible for all company business. Under Kyle’s leadership, NAVIS has become the hospitality industry’s leading sales and marketing optimization company. Kyle’s aim is to build an “Amazing Company,” one that blends strong core values with high-performance. He takes great pride in the difference NAVIS makes with our clients, and with our employees, who’ve voted us one of The Oregonian’s Top Workplaces for four consecutive years. When Kyle’s not attending his daughter’s collegiate volleyball matches, he’s outside enjoying Central Oregon’s natural beauty.
Chief Financial Officer
Fueling a fast growing company takes vision. And wisdom. Gary’s financial acumen, cultivated over many years as CFO at BendBroadband, Turnaround Consultant with Hamstreet & Associates, President at Cort Software, and CFO at Orcom Solutions, is helping NAVIS accelerate growth. In addition to leading all things finance, he contributes regularly in leadership, strategy, and operations. Gary graduated with honors from Wake Forest University and earned his MBA from Columbia University. When he’s not working, Gary’s likely standing waist deep in the Deschutes River casting flies for steelhead.
Vice President, Client Success
The love our clients express for us is due in big part to Brise and his Client Success team. As Vice President, Client Success, Brise leads our Client Advocates, a team of 20 top-notch hospitality consultants with more than 280 combined years of experience; and our NAVIS University and Technical Support teams. Many on his team are former hotel and vacation rental executives and some are MBAs, but all of them know how to best use our solutions to drive more performance and more profit. The hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental revenue they help our clients capture each year is testament to the value they deliver. Brise holds a BA in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and an MBA from Concordia University.
Vice President, Human Resources
